Director, Pastoral Counselor
David Peck
David is originally from middle Tennessee and grew up around horses. He has been active in church ministry, inner city ministry, mercy ministries and has led short term missions and disaster-response teams in the U.S. and several countries around the world. He has been an ordained minister since 2004 and has served in the roles of deacon, elder and as Director of Development, Assistant Director, and Executive Director in various non-profit ministries. He is currently the Associate Pastor at Waverly Place Baptist Church.
David and his wife McKenzie live in Roanoke and have five children, one adult and the younger four still at home. His areas of counseling focus include marriage, parenting/family dynamics, sexual sin, anxiety and depression.

Graceyn Peck
Graceyn is originally from middle Tennessee. She has been actively serving her church through homebound and nursing home ministry and missions ministry. She has volunteered with several local ministries serving those in need. She is currently a dual enrolled student to finish high school and earn her associates degree in the next couple of years.
Graceyn has been studying horsemanship, equine safety and training, and working with our horses for over a year. She is indispensable in helping care for and train the horses as well as monitor the safety of the participants.

Adam Triplett
Adam is originally from western North Carolina, where he grew up in the church and in the woods. He has been active in church leadership, young adult ministry and serving in hard places around the world for over 20 years. He has served as the Lead Pastor of Waverly Place Baptist Church since 2016, where he preaches, teaches and disciples God’s people. His greatest desire in the years ahead is to see men equipped with hearts that behold Christ and lives that are submitted to Christ’s kingship.
Adam and his wife, Megan, live in Roanoke with their six children, their dog and a bunch of chickens. His areas of ministry focus on Biblical manhood, marriage, parenting/family, life vision and time management.
